This thread should be merged with the "Holyfield's skinny legs" one.

I think it is a good point to mention his height. It demands a lot of respect. The man is a legend.

He isn't even 5'11, he's 5'10. He also didn't have a very big reach either, but that is what made him a big puncher. Short and compact with unbelievable hand and foot speed. Truly a great fighter at his best. Truly the biggest waste of talent at his worst.

Mike was geared more towards the Cruiserweight division by todays standards but the mere fact that he dominated guys who outweighed him by 40 pounds+ and were at least 3-8 inches taller than him makes him one of the greatest of all times. Only time will tell if there will be another compact heavyweight like him.

    james toney is 5 9

Also he NEVER ran with a 50lb weight to stun his growth youre an absolute idiot to believe that and the joker that wrote that made up training routine has been laughing at the fools reposting it for years

Tyson was short NOT small, he weighed around 220 in his prime just like Foreman in his prime, he stood toe to toe and KO'd big powerful guys Like Bruno, Ruddock & Golota, saying he is more of a CW is just plain ignorant.
