Has anyone here ever did the Tyson Workout?

    2500 situps
    500 dips
    500 push ups per day

    7 days per week,

How long of doing that do you think, till you have a huge gain in strength and tone?

If someone was able to do that 7 days a week, let alone a few days, they'd already be strong.

Obviously not all in one go, i would manage to do it for 3-4 days except the dips

Tyson did that in sets. He never did them in one go. for example he would do 5o dips do some other **** and then do another 50 dips and these were all spread out through the day. When he was younger he trained like an animal which is what brought him most success.

It would only be working you upper body muscular endurance. I'd do pull ups and some duck walk or body-weight squats/lunges to even things out and take out the dips since they work the same muscles as push ups do. However, Tyson was very successful doing a rudimentary workout, so I can't argue with that.

Also it should be noted that toning is a misnomer. Doing high rep push ups or sit ups will not magically make your abs visible or get you "ripped" upper body. Fat loss is the result of diet AND exercise.
