It's already "marinated" enough and the longer you leave it, the more risk that one of them gets beat and ****s it up again.... Just look at AJ getting chinned v Ruiz and also take into consideration that when faced with Wilder's right hand anything can happen. So if Fury does have to fight him again, despite what happened last time he is in a very dangerous fight.

If there is a big fight there to be made, then it should be made. Look at how long we had to wait for May v Pac and by the time we got it they were both on the slide.

Both AJ and Fury want this fight, clearly. The Wilder situation is out of Fury's hands and are in the hands of his advisors / management. Hopefully Wilder will just **** off and let this fight happen as planned but at this stage, I can't see it.

 

This is not the fault of either of the fighters but of Arum and Hearn. Mainly Arum but Hearn has to take a sizeable portion of responsibility too. He loves the camera, he loves the limelight, he can't help himself. He was here, there and everywhere during the Wilder negotiations too, having digs at everyone and generally acting like a big kid you would've thought he'd have learned something. Keep it low key until there is an announcement to be made instead of rabbiting on about it at every opportunity. He wanted the plaudits he can accept the stick too.

Arum is a joke. The whole thing seems very amateur from all sides. How this was overlooked when it ended up being the thing that crashed it all is very confusing.
