I know both fights were very entertaining to watch. As much as I dislike Holyfield, I have to give him props for his performance. But that being said, what's your take on Tysons best round (either fight)?

I was thinking round one of fight #1.

Please provide a link to the round so we can better validate your pick.

I haven't watched either in a long time. But the first thing I thought of was round 1 from fight one. Seems like he staggered Evander in the opening seconds. At that moment, it felt like it was going to be a quick night.

Yes he staggered Holyfield in opening seconds and he landed quite a few overhand rights in a competitive round 1. In round 5 another competitive round he hurt Holyfield with a body shot followed by an uppercut. A traditional combination of Tyson’s I felt it carried the round for him.

Whatever round it was that he bit Evander's ear off. He saved himself from the mother of all beatings by being DQ'd.

I haven't watched it in a while but wasn't Mike ahead of the scorecards during the 2nd fight?

I wouldn't have thought so. He was getting beaten up.

edit - I just checked the cards and Holyfield had won every round on all cards prior to the bite.

To my shame I have not watched the 1st fight. Was it competitive? Any fights you can compare it to?

He never had any real success, he didn't even put a dent in Holyfield, those fights ended him.

    agreed.

Round 1 of their 1st fight was fairly even after Tyson landed the opening second bomb. Round 5 was the only decisive round for Tyson in either fight, where it briefly looked like momentum might be swinging his way before Holy retook command w/ a KD in round 6.
