Anyone tracked Iron Mike over the years? He was right on the money with Manny. Basically said his speed and accuracy would dominate, and that's exactly what happened. Tyson is an extremely underrated boxing historian. Just curious how he's done in the past.
Not sure about past predictions but tyson has forgot more about boxing than most people could ever hope to know.
:good It's a shame his life has made him so controversial. Minus the voice, he'd be excellent as a show host or commentating from ringside.
I remember when Max Schmeling passed, HBO actually had Tyson on to talk about Schmeling's career. I was pretty impressed. The media loves to showcase Tyson's wild belligerent antics- but there is a contemplative and reflective side of him that the people with the cameras and mics tend to ignore.
He should know that because Manny's style is very similiar to Tyson's. Anyway, Mike knows boxing. He is a boxing historian. He loves watching old fights of past fighters.
Easy to say that after the fact, I picked Pac by 11th round TKO, expecting him to out-box Hatton and catch Hatton when he got reckless like Mayweather did. I don't think anyone expected Hatton to arrive at the arena reckless, least of all his trainer
