I know about the fight mercer against holmes, but holmes, was old and inshape! Ehen he fought tyson he was out of shape big time with no real Training. But yeah, imo wins against Prime byrd, chambers, Ibragimov, chagaev, peter, Thompson, mccline and haye look pretty good and solid
He was past his best but Holmes was in good shape going into the Tyson fight, about as good as he would be against Mercer and the like a few years later. Typical Holmes "B.S." to save face, it was only in defeat that he suddenly didn't take Mike seriously or train right blah blah.

Firstly, Keep off the crack son secondly....did u read the thread title? i tried to pair them off and asked peoples opinions. If you dont have any opinion then, theres the door :hi:
I didnt leave out Brewster, i put him vs Douglas. I also stated my apologies if i did miss someone out, i probably couldnt pair him with anyone
You had Douglas vs Sanders, than said Or Brewster, which limits two of the Klitschko's best. I still do not see Chagaev.
I don't think it's right to compare both Klitschko's opponents to Tyson's. Tyson's wins are obviously a lot better than Vitali's, but I don't believe there is such a big difference when it comes to Wlad's. What is being ignored in this thread is that Wlad's resume has a far bigger quantity of top fighters than Tyson's. Wlad started picking up wins against solid opponents like Schultz, Bostice, Wolfgramm, Barrett and Byrd in 1999 and 2000. In the next two years he beat Jefferson, Shufford, Botha, Mercer and McCline. Obviously he suffered his losses after this, but then went on the 14 win streak he is on now. The point is, even before the loss to Sanders he had a good resume. It's also worth pointing out the only opponent since 1999 he fought who was coming off a loss was Brewster II. Wlad's resume is much better than people give him credit for :good
I don't see Chagaev or Brewster listed, and both could win depending on the match up. Razor Ruddock vs Sam Peters - Ruddock Frank Bruno vs Shannon Briggs - Bruno, Birggs was past his best. Larry Holmes vs Ray Mercer - Holmes Evander Holyfield vs David Haye - Holyfield Michael Spinks vs Tomas Adamek - Adamek, Spinks was past his best Buster Douglas vs Corrie Sanders - Sanders Tony Tubbs vs Eddie Chambers -Chambers as he was closer to his prime Tyrell Biggs vs Chris Arreola -Arreola. Biggs could not take it Tony Tucker vs Sultan Ibragimov - Ibragimov. Tucker lacked fire Trevor Berbick vs Chris Byrd -Byrd James Smith vs Kevin Johnson - Johnson Pinklon Thomas vs Ray Austin - Thomas.
Who cares Brewster sucks! He couldnt even beat Clifford Etienne, but he beats Buster Douglas?? :rofl Thats like saying Ross Purrity should be mentioned with the likes of Tony Tucker or Razor Ruddock. :nut
Adamek is a mediocre Heavyweight, who has struggled in every Heavyweight bout he's been in except against shot-to-**** Golota & Maddalone... Old Golfer Sanders had a pitiful two rounds of stamina, but you expect him to blast-out a fighter who beat Tyson & McCall? Tubbs was past his prime, but he still beat a Prime Norris & Prime Seldon after he lost to Tyson... those are better than Chamber's crowning glory against useless flabby lump Dimitrenko & a fat, 265lb Shot Samuel Peter. Ibragimov is hugely overrated & Tucker is underrated. At least Tucker actually tried to beat Tyson... Ibragimov was pathetic in his non-effort against Wlad. It's Ibragimov who truly lacks fire, & it certainly doesn't take "fire" to beat him. Who did he ever beat? A shot-to-**** Briggs & a shot-to-**** Holyfield? Tucker beat a Prime Douglas, a Prime McCall, & a Prime Norris... those are actually better than your hero Vitali's top 3 wins. Kevin Johnson showed decent negative defense against Vitali, but he was totally focused only on survival & spoiling against the ropes. Bonecrusher would be confident against Saftey Pin, & fight nothing at all like he did against the lightning fast explosive puncher Tyson, who Smith admits out-psyched him. I can't say the same about Johnson, i would expect him to be scared, as he was when he met Vitali, the only non-no-hoper he faced. Bonecrusher wins a boring decision, but he can KO Kevin if he opens out of his shell, as shown by brutal KO's of Witherspoon (early) & Bruno (late).
I gave my opinion. Several posts above the one you randomly quoted. Now **** off in your own shitty agenda thread.
