I can't stand Richie Giachetti. Really dislike him as a human being. When I used to talk to him, I used to have to hold myself back from hurting him. Really don't like him. A wanna be tough guy. Could never train under him because of this, even though if I would have I would have learned a lot, but I did not like him that much.

It isn't unbelievable. Not hardly. 500 dips, but in 20 sets. Not unbelievable. I did it one day, today, and did 200. So if I did it for a while, I could work myself up, no doubt. And 2000 sit ups isn't unbelievable either, it is 10 sets, that is 200 each. Hard yes, but not impossible.

Have you had the chance of meeting Larry Holmes? I really like him, was very comfortable talking with him, and he made a lot of sense. Good guy.

While Tyson is a genetic freak and a talented and was a hard working athlete in his 20s that regime just seems a little to much for even him to handle...... I mean look at the diet were are his carbs just pasta???? for workouts like that?

Pasta is packed with carbs. It is one of the best foods for carbs. Ask marathon runners.

Also i believe the weight training Tyson did in the 90s reduced his conditioning in the 80s Tyson had fantastic stamina for his style of fighting but as he became more muscle bound his stamina declined post prison

there is a difference between marathon runners and boxers, boxing is an anaerobic sport while marathon running is aerobic.

boxers need more carbs for energy for the high intense work.

Look it up bud. Complex carbs are complex carbs, and there are few things that have more than pastas! Period.

I work out multiple times a day and only eat 3 times.

Huge meals, only 3 times. Gracies, the ju jitsu mother****ers, only eat 3 huge meals. Lots of athletes only eat 3 times. If you do it all the time you get used to it.

Funny how people believe this bull****. His Nutrition looks terrible, he would be on the boarder of over traning and his body would be in a Catacbolic State and breaking down. He is not eating enough protein/Carbs, and his calorie intake looks very low. For a athlete of his size, along with his intense training regime.

What a load o f bullsh*t, i have seen it many a time, and each time this training regime changes.

If you eat too much solid protein like Steak your body has a hard time breaking it down.. Athletes nowadays prefer more slow release carbs.. and following strength training easier Proteins to break down, like Chicken Broth or Pulses and Tuna... Its easier to break down and more excessable with todays lifestyles.. Suppliments were always used by Tyson when i was around him... He was a very large eater when he was not preparing for a fight.. The choice for many heavyweights that i personally know now is Sweet potato and Poached salmon for Dinner and an Oatmeal breakfast..
Fruit is also a big plus.. Pineapple is a mega food for breaking down Proteins.. Egg white ommelettes are very good protein rich breakfast start too with mashed boiled potatoes.... Evanders breakfast was usually pancakes , a couple of eggs and mashed potatoes... Evander was a very small eater.. Duva always said he ate like a freaking bird...
