According to this months MH, this is Tyson's training. 5am: Wake up, Stretching, 10 box jumps, 10 short sprints, Three mile jog 6am: Shower, Return to bed 10am: Wake up, Breakfast of porridge 12pm: 10(3 Min's) rounds of sparring 2pm: Lunch of steak and pasta with fruit juice 3pm: More ring work, 60 Min's on the exercise bike 5pm: 2000 sit-ups,(200) 500-800 dips,(25-40)x2 500 press-ups,(50) Dips, 500 shrugs with a 30kg bar-bell,(50 shrugs) 10 Min's of neck exercises (all divided into 10 circuits) 7pm: Dinner of steak and pasta with fruit juice 8pm: Another 30 Min's on exercise bike followed by TV and bed.
