I can't help but think that Thiago has a very decent chance of sparking GSP. This event is a must see.
Im calling the upset. Alves can KO GSP. GSP knows that. Im expecting him to take Alves to the ground early and grind him out but he may eat a knee or two on the way in..
I don't think GSP will shoot from the outside to take Alves down. He knew it was risky vs BJ and didnt do it. He will take him down in the clinch, or by catching a kick like he usually does. But don't bet money on an Alves's win. GSP will win this.
Bisping-Hendo is the more intriguing for me. I really don't know yet who i'm favouring and i'm sure i'm gonna be wrong lol. Does Hendo will look old again like he did vs Franklin? Will Bisping being able to do what he did with Leben and not get caught? Hendo, at this stage and age, isnt the best at closing the distance. He will need to clinch with Bisping.
Bisping will run away to victory. Dan is a bit too wild to catch him, IMO. He won't use his wrestling and will try to take Bisping out. I could see Lesnar beating Mir, hurting him and pounding him out. And I could see Alves taking St. Pierre out.... but St. Pierre may be too fast for him and possibly may take him down with ease. Anyone else think Alves is huge for that division? He looks like he's walking around at 195+.
excuse the ignorance but when is this being shown in the uk and with setanta going down who will screen it
Apparently, UFC 100 is still going to air live in the UK - but no details are yet forthcoming as to how this will be possible. UFC 100 is still several weeks away - so something will pop up before then.
