Being choked out was the nicest thing Frank could have done to Kongo. If he had grabbed an arm or a leg - Mir would have broken something on Kongo.

 

Fight time! Looks like Diego is working some leg kicks in the locker room. I wonder if that's going to be his strategy? Keep BJ at kick's length.

 

I never thought Mir would get Kongo down while being willing to stand with him. I was mistaken. That was a good win. A lot of people like to dismiss Kongo, but you have to be good to beat him.

 

I fancy Diego Sanchez here,

Yeah - Kongo has dangerous striking ability. I thought it might be a mistake for Frank to try to stand up with Kongo - but I figured he would revert to his jiujitsu as soon as he needed it.
