UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans

Well for me it wasn't the KO, but the VERY LONG time in between with no action. Don't forget, when Floyd dose what Evans did, they call it running. I again have been down on the UFC for a few years...they get a good card every once in a while. Again the Hype for last nights card wasn't even close. The 2 behind the sticks are a joke also. They make Jim Lamp sound great. Someone said it best that the UFC has fallen into Limbo. Where the fighters are good, but not great..

On July 15, 2008, 10 days after losing his belt to Forrest Griffin, Jackson was arrested and booked on suspicion of [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony"]felony[/ame] [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reckless_driving"]reckless driving[/ame], and felony hit and run after striking several vehicles. He led pursuing officers on a chase while driving on the wrong side of the street and on city sidewalks in his lifted Ford F-350 with his picture painted on the side. During the chase one of the tires blew out on his truck and he continued to flee while driving on his rims. On July 18, 2008, UFC President [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dana_White"]Dana White[/ame] gave an interview to Yahoo! Sports in which he said that Jackson had initially been [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detained"]detained[/ame] for a 72 hour stay, but that had been extended. White was quoted as saying, "I think it's going to be a while before we get him back."[[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed"]citation needed[/ame]] White also claimed that before the detainment, Jackson did not sleep for four days, had not been eating, and had only been drinking [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_drinks"]energy drinks[/ame] and became [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mentally_ill"]mentally ill[/ame] from [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dehydration"]dehydration[/ame]. According to White, no drugs were found in Jackson's system.[49]
Quinton Jackson has been charged with one [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony"]felony[/ame] count of evading police while driving recklessly, one felony count of evading police and driving against traffic, three [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misdemeanor"]misdemeanor[/ame] counts of hit and run with property damage, and one misdemeanor count of reckless driving when he nearly hit several pedestrians. If convicted, Jackson would face up to 3 years in prison.[50]
On August 28, 2008 Jackson pleaded not guilty to the above 2 felonies and 4 misdemeanors; however, on January 8, 2009 he pleaded guilty to one felony count of evading a police officer and driving against traffic and one misdemeanor count of driving recklessly as part of a plea agreement. A judge dismissed the charges against Jackson on January 8, 2010 citing that he had successfully completed 200 hours of community service and complied with other terms and conditions. [51]
Holly Griggs is one of the victims in the above [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Police_chase"]police chase[/ame]. She filed a civil suit against Jackson alleging "the impact of her [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdomen"]abdomen[/ame] with the steering wheel caused her [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amniotic_fluid"]amniotic fluid membranes[/ame] (bag of waters) to rupture, ultimately resulting in the [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stillbirth"]stillbirth[/ame] of her baby." She is asking for $25,000 in damages for "[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Property_damage"]property damage[/ame], [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_injury"]personal injury[/ame] and [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotional_distress"]emotional distress[/ame]. Farrah Emami, Spokesperson for the DA's office said "We reviewed all the medical records and spoke with the victim's physician, and the evidence showed that the loss of the fetus was not related to or a result of the crash caused by the defendant".[52]

And what am I'm watching? I don't need to see what he has done in the past, I mean what has he done for me lately. And no I am not comparing Kimbo to Jackson. I'm talking about where does Rampage go after getting exposed by Griffin and Evans like Kimbo has gotten exposed. Apparently its ur time of the month as ur all edgy since ur man lost. Now he questioning himself for that A-Team movie. Hell I would have done the same thing he did make a movie and get the money, but even if he did not make the movie and just trained I still think he would have lost. Sorry dude, ur mans is done.
