I think we are witnessing the decline of the prodigy, I never thought we'd see "The Bully" as champ. Gray IS getting a title shot next right?

I hope Frankie beats Maynard this time (if they do fight). Maynard is a boring as ****, safety first fighter.

Awesome, Edgar defeats B.J. (Blow Job) Penn again without any controversy. :banana

Guaranteed. I don't like to see BJ without his usual bravado and swagger. Kinda sad... Perhaps he is simply getting too old to continue at lightweight...

I would imagine, and I would probably list him as the favorite.

So much for a champ that actually finishes guys. Edgar, Gray neither of these guys can finish a fight.

Could be. He looked really lethargic tonight. And you can't say it's because he took Edgar for granted and he wasn't motivated. He had to be immensely motivated to get the belt back.
He might just be on the downslide. He's not old, but he's been in a lot of wars.

Sorry, but I'm getting sick of this bull**** criticism. How many times have we seen fighters gassing as they get late in a fight (BJ being one of them).
If a guy can go five rounds and look like he's could go another five he deserves huge credit for doing something that a lot of fighters aren't capable of doing.
Yes, it's nice to see fighters finish a fight, but superb conditioning is part of the game as well, and how can you possibly criticize Edgar for not finishing when he battered Penn from one side of the cage to the other.

Hes not "old" but he has had some miles on him not to mention some people peek early some peek late like Couture, BJ I think is an early peeker, now the downslide begins.

Dude I watch fights to see dudes get finished (KOed/subbed) whatever. The dude has 14 wins 9 of them by decision. Maynard has 10 wins with 8 by decision. Not very exciting if you ask me.

So do I. But I don't criticize guys who don't if they are as dominant as Edgar was tonight.
I actually enjoyed watching such a brilliant display of all around ability and superb conditioning. Plus, he landed some excellent shots on Penn. It's not his fault BJ has an iron chin.

Frankie fought an excellent fight pity it was against BJ because i will hold that against him for years. I've never seen Bj man handled like that anything he tried Frankie had the answer completely gutted about it.

    Still think Gray takes Frankie.

I hope Edgar can find a way to beat the hell out of Gray. I find Gray painfully boring to watch the man takes no risk whatsoever and his interview on MMA Live annoyed me "yeah Frankie's a good kid but he was one of my easiest fights" That kid is the Champion.
