There's potentially a lot of MMA to watch tonight. Most people won't be watching UCMMA 22 and that's probably a good thing, but I've got a free stream so hell, I'm adding it to the running order. Started 20 minutes ago mate, the first fight is on now - women's fight, two Muay Thai champions. The aggression and workrate would shame a lot of male fighters to be honest, both are going at it standing with no let up.
it's a great night for MMA in the UK, get to enjoy the guilty pleasure of UCMMA on Primetime then turn over for UFC to see Tito do the gravedigga routine on Rashad(I hope!!-personal opinion)
Thought Ousey would win, the commentator kept banging on about how they needed to take it to the ground because it was too close to call standing. Bollocks, Ousey was in clear control, and who wants to see two kickboxers, both making their MMA debut, flailing around on the mat like amateurs? And yeah, this broadcast has so many glamour model types it's basically Nuts magazine.
Hahah, the female ref is treating the fighters like a pair of naughty toddlers. "No! Back to your corner! Back to your corner! Don't eat that crayon!"
