Looks like a **** card on paper. Could turn out to be entertaining.

 

Ok how do you see UFC playout in the future? You have three prospects in your system (Rorys one of them). You have some of the most uncharismatic champs. You have no competition hence the lack of discretion putting out **** cards like this. MMAs dead in Japan. Brazils all in the UFC. It never materialized in Europe. I mean it'll never completely disappear but it has passed its peak for sure.

 

Fox is a joke. They have a GSP humping session against Fitch and this shits cancelled.

 

UFC 138 isn't on ppv is it? If it isn't, I would expect it to be a Fight Night kind of card.

Chaels miles less boring than GSP has been in two ****in years and Chaels out for a year. This is not a nice guy contest. Outside the damn cage there isnt even a competition. And I like GSP but the guy has the most boring fights. Fitchs above GSP in terms of insomia cure. Just look at the threads in here regarding Chael that I didnt start.

Shame the UFC is a fighting contests which GSP has excelled at If the events ended at the Pre Fight promo's Chael would be an ATG.

 

I cant argue with that with Chael. GSP does what he need to cant hate the guy. Actually hes very likable but he produces boring fights. Hes gotten so boring that he even apologizes after the fight.

 

And Chael being MMA's equivalent to Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction this past 18 months is extremely entertaining.

Great for the sport, repeating the same routine every interview.

If he shows the same rate of improvement as he did against Stann in his next fight Chael may actually bruise his next opponent with gnp. Might be another 10 years until he learns to pass guard though

 

this card sucks more than ufc 135

 

It is a lost opportunity to win over some UK fans. Unfortunately, it is very clear that the UFC have a home in the USA and Canada and Brazil are huge logistically viable locations. Those 3 markets alone would have the UFC making money for many years to come.

Ufc 135 wasnt that bad.
Matt Hughes got KTFO and Mark Hunt won by decision which he hasnt done in a long ****ing time

 

the best fight was nate diaz vs gomi in my opinion as the josh koscheck fight was like watching an oldman vs *******/right handed power fist. Mark hunt vs big ben rothwell was like watching the frank mir and roy nelson fight both fat dudes who really need to up their stamina.

 

1. In two rounds on Saturday, Sonnen was in riding a guy in top position for longer than GSP has in his past two twenty-five minute long fights.

2. You're right its not a nice guy contest. Its also not an ******* one either. Its a money making contest. And while it may bore you, GSP has made more money by acting the complete professional and all-round elite athlete than Sonnen could ever dream of.

3. Only a complete noob would suggest that GSP vs Fitch would boring - they're first fight was one of the most entertaining ass-whooping you're ever going to see.
