CC is a liveunderdog and with his active guard and dynamic, powerful and tenacious striking then we could easily get an upset, especially against a safety first, average chinned wrestler.

I think CC poises much what Diaz would have minus the same level of talk. Though CC is probably a little more technical with his stand up but alittle less dangerous with his jits.

The only ticket available is ring side at 600$ each, very expensive

No one seems to think Condit can sub GSP.

He can, IMO he has better jit then GSP, but it's going to be hard to put GSP into a position were he can be sub IMO !

He may have his moments on the feet, and has the possibility of winning, but more than likely he will be on his back getting smashed. NBK is not GSP caliber.

Where is the 'GSP by brutal decapitation' option?

Super boring wrestle-**** by GSP. He was probably the most conservative fighter in the UFC before his lay off and he will be even more so now. Jab, jab, shoot and then he'll lay on top of Condit for the last 4:50 of each round.

The only issue with that theory is that Condit is not the kind of guy to crumble under that pressure. He will fight GSP from him back, which will force GSP to work. This is a terrible fight for GSP if he wants to grind out an easy decision.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Condit and a lot of it is for that very reason. He showed cage IQ and the discipline to stick to a winning plan vs Diaz, and he showed against MacDonald that he keeps his head in bad situations and he's never out of the fight.

He's a pretty well-rounded fighter, and he strikes you as the kind of guy who has the right mentality to pull the upset. At least, that's what he seems like to me. Whether he's good enough to do it or not remains to be seen, but I don't see him freezing up when the bell rings. :smoke

It's not about crumbling under pressure imo. GSP is ****ing huge and ridiculously strong for a WW. Condit is a stud but GSP can negate any WW's attcks with relative ease.
