Rashad's fought scared in his last 2 fights with Bones and Nog. Basically did **** all for all 8 rds of the 2 fights.

pesky mosquito is exactly what his boxing style is like, i was never that impressed with his boxing yet the UFC would leave you to believe it was world class, i was sick of hearing about edgars footwork which consists of bouncing in and out, never did he use his footwork to draw his opponent in and counter or to set up different shots creating angles

he relied on speed to be successful on his feet and when he fought someone with good speed and good boxing he nearly lost every rd yet rogan trying to convince him that he lost a super close fight was cringe worthy, even edgar said jose was the winner after rogan finished licking his balls

I don't think you'll find many people backing you up on Big Nog being a boring ****.

You need to go sit in the corner and think about what you said.

    It's Diaz and then
    Hendricks if he wins

Maia will probably fight the winner of Rory vs Condit for the number 1 spot

I love that Maia isn't even trying to play around on the feet anymore. Nobody at 170 and handle him on the ground.

Agreed. Its just horrible to watch. He just looks like a ball of nervous energy. Always prating around but never actually any substantial offense. Either way his boxing is rubbish.

Yes Rashad is the only one struggling with this in mma. 95% of the fighters have great technique, combinations and understanding of punching :rofl

Nog's footwork. He controlled the distance well.

Where did I say that? In a big fight, it's important to point out.

He gave nog absolutely nothing. Which might be acceptable if he had some sort of successful offense. But he didnt and brings his usual uninterested overachieving style. As if he were expecting nog to lose patience and move up on from the constant negative stalemate that rashad brings to the fight.
