Pressure from Lawler, jogging in and out, showing the southpaw jab but not snapping it out. Lawler holds an open palm in the air to catch. Condit is tossing left jabs or low right sweep kicks and yanking back to reset. BIG RIGHT HAND ON THE TEMPLE BY CONDIT. Lawler down hard but bounces up quickly, grinning. Over three minutes left. Knee to the chest by Condit, along with a combo up top. High kicks by Condit with both legs, slashing across Lawler's breastplate, toes grazing the bottom of his chin as Lawler backs up, holding both palms out to push away. Condit tags him with a hook and then runs in with a stiff jab, and is clinched. Lawler catches a right front-kick with a two-handed cradle and lets go, backing up quickly. Condit is kicking at the legs but can't reach as Lawler is circling wide and fast. 1-2 by Condit. Left head kick by Condit. Sweeping low right kick by Condit. Nice variance. Lawler is executing sharp 90° pivots as he evades. Condit just keeps hunting with long kicks.
