    BJ looks unbelieveable. That's about all I have to say, lol. But damn, I was impressed.

    BJ is certainly talking the talk... and from the looks of things on the countdown show.. he looks like hes actually walking the walk. He seems to have a renewed fighting spirit.. like he really wants to live up to his "Prodigy" moniker.

    Can't wait to see if a 100% dedicated BJ Penn is as good as I think he could be. :good

    We already know what B.J. is capable at 100%. The only man that has ever beaten B.J. Penn seems to be B.J. Penn.
