UFC 84 Figther pay outs

Jardine's next contract will be a lot bigger, pretty sure of that. They probably offered him a long contract at the start and he stupidly signed it.

 

Well, he was probably wide-eyed and excited when they made him an offer. They took advantage of the guy, and now he's getting boned. He better bend Dana over on his next deal and return the favor. Seems like Dana only likes to pitch and never play catch though.

 

Well, I guess you can look at it two ways from his point of view. As it's turned out, he isn't getting the money his success should warrant. But if he was getting beaten all the time, he'd at least have had the security of a multi fight contract to keep the wolves away.

 

Wonder how much the "of the night" bonuses were, I think last time they were 75k.

I'd give them to Palhares for sub of the night, Carwin for KO, don't know for fight of the night. I mean Wand probably had the better KO, and Penn-Sherk was probably fight of the night, but the lower paid fighters should get preference for the bonuses.

that is ****ing disgusting,.... i hope dana white burns in helll that is ****ing pitifull... with so many ppv buys and so many MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of dollars made from each event im sure he can ****ing afford to pay the fighters a bit better than that.... reljic getting 3000 for a fight??? thats ****ing disgusting i wonder why these fighters even sign these contracts... jardine getting 10 000 is an outrage,,,, so u train for 3 months, sacrifice ur life and ur time to training and then get a few grand????? **** u could make more money working at a petrol station.... something has to be done about this

But in all seriousness, yeah, no fighter should get 3,000 dollars for fighting in the big leagues of MMA. Guys fighting on PPV deserve actual money...not what they could earn in a week of battling in their local high school gym.

 

Reljic would probably have taken that fight for free though, to prove he's worthy of making bigger money.
