UFC 87 Thread. SPOILERS

Round 3: Maia slips a punch and works for a takedown and gets it into side control. Maia stands working for a choke but Jason gets it back to the ground working from guard. McDonald works for a choke from side control but Maia sweeps into mount. He gets his back sinks the hooks in secures a RNC and its over McDonald taps.

Great fight.

 

Damn I enjoyed that fight. This stream seems to stop occasionally for about 20 secounds so my commentary may be missing a bit at times so ill blaim it on that and not me not knowing what im talking about.

 

Tried to tell you guys about Maia, might have the best ground game at 185 BJJ wise, might have the best overall after a few more fights, up to and including Jacare.

And Maia. Damn he's slick on the ground. Didn't get to see much of his stand-up. We'll just have to take Wands word for it that it is actually quite good.

For now..

 

God i love being in England. We get it for free on Setanta. Not those unreliable streams. Only problem is the timing.

Hmm Montreal GSP,Denver with Nate Marquardt and New Mexico with Greg Jackson wouldnt that drain him a bit.
