Absolutely. There is nothing boring about Lyoto Machida in my opinion. He just stalks his prey and when there are openings more often than not, he takes advantage of them. He's brutally knocked out his last two opponents, both of which were undefeated fighters.
After seeing how strong a guy Lyoto is . I think Anderson will get overpowered. This guy is a bull, he ****in hits you and hes on top of you like a blanket. I love Silva, everyone knows that but Lyoto will take him down at will.
To be honest, I said the same thing about Thiago Silva. I don't think its the fighters themselves, but rather Machida that creates openings and capitalizes. This is the second fighter Machida puts to sleep out cold. What are the chances of both guys having no punch resistance.
How? Rampage cant even beat Griffin, he has no advantages over Rashad whatsoever now Im hearing Rashad now has poor defense and a weak chin. please guys this is Eastside boxing MMA forum, the best online, dont ruin it like our gen forum
Don't be fooled by Silvas last two fights. The guy who detroyed Franklin and subbed Hendo is still there.
You're just pissed because you picked Rashad. Rashad just got picked apart, and didn't really land anything during the whole fight.
We dont need to find out these are my two absolute favorite fighters, 1a, 1b Junior dos Santos as well.
Rampage beat Griffin. That was a clear robbery.. anyway.. that's neither here nor there.. that wasn't the best Rampage.. not by far... when Rampage is at his best he would tear through Griffin As for Rashad.. gimme a break.. he made his name off of knocking out a ghost in Chuck Liddell.. the guy's a kitten.. Rampage is a pitbull.. Rampage will walk through that *****.. make him fight his fight.. grab him, slam him down, and ground and pound him all night until he gets KTFO
You can't say thatatsch Rampage has some great wins over top comp. he also has some serious losses:bbb I just don't see what he brings different then Evans. I see a fight going pretty much exactly the same way, maybe a round longer.
Rampage is too one dimensional and not good enough at his one dimension to compete with a guy like Loyoto. The problem is that when Rampage fought someone "decent" with some dimension to their striking (Griffin), he had issues with kicks. He had same issues with defending the leg kicks against Jardine. It just seems Rampage isn't interested to evolve further and expects to knockout everyone he fights. Having that said, I think that stylistically, Loyoto is a bad match-up for a guy like Rampage. Rampage needs someone who will stand in there and trade with him.
