Weidman's a legend and a credit to sport in general, but he dont need to be talking **** on boxing

Neither sport is going to go away. UFC is in a bit of turmoil due to some of its stars coming under fire but it will eventually recover and have new stars. Boxing it's enjoying a nice golden period that started with 2012 being a stellar year. Whenever it can keep it up or become stagnant again remains to be seen.

Boxing isn't dying, MMA isn't dying. Get over it both of you :D

Belfort is unbelievable, I don't see him losing this.

These clowns are just whining because their boring pseudo-sport is swirling down the toiliet. You can only dress up two guys rolling around on the ground with macho WWE shtick for so long before people wake up and realize it's dull as dust.

yeah, just watched the recording. Belfort would take Weidman in a kick boxing match, he was smashing up Weidman for a minute, but Weidman was too big to cope with on the ground. Was quite surprised, but I suppose this is proof positive Weidman is a force in mma, full of **** though.

MMA is the sport that has lost a lot of its luster in recent years, and boxing seems like it's making a resurgence.

I thought last night was a good card, on par with the peak days of the 00's. I'm a fan of UFC to an extent, but I don't watch every show.

That was a damn good card, but I haven't seen a card like that from the UFC in a long time.

Weidman ducked the TRT version of Vitor, and for good reason!

    His levels were still suspect

Weidman's amazing but he's got 2 super hard challengers in Rockhold and Jacare

If he gets by those two he has a VERY strong argument as the UFC GOAT

Anderson Silva was one lucky lucky man the division was **** weak when he was dominating

Why do people care about this ****? Why does money matter? I'm sure the NFL kicks both of their asses.

Laughable. He was nothing like the Vitor that launched Hendo OFF OF HIS FEET with ONE punch.

The best Silva would DOMINATE Weidman. Even in the first fight, when Andy started kicking Chris, his face was like 'I've ran out of ideas, here he comes, uh oh!"

Boxing will NEVER be dead. You got fan friendly fighters such as Lomachenko, Grigory Drozd, Canelo Alvarez, Lucas Matthysee, Maidana, Lebedev, Huck, Beterbiev, Kovalev, Golovkin, Povetkin, Pulev, Lemieux...the list goes on.
