This is from four years ago, back when Poatan was still competing in GLORY Kickboxing.

He`d get destroyed by any good boxer the same size as him despite his devastating power, his fundamentals are poor, his size helps him out.

About as good as Harry Greb looks in his training videos.

    Bad move.

He could destroy most boxers with a single leg kick though.

It's crazy to me that Brazil has no good boxers. Massive country as it is.

Only 4 world champions ever. But one was goat at his weight, and another was arguably the biggest ever puncher at his weight.

He might pick up a few wins here and there at top 30 level at cruiser just because of his size and power, but overall hes not all that suited to boxing. Hes quite stiff and hittable and doesnt have the best chin. His heavy low kicks are a big part of his arsenal in MMA/kickboxing too and it opens up his punches.

True. They're obviously one of the historical powerhouses of MMA and have had some good kickboxers too. Not sure what the deal is with the relative lack of boxing talent coming from there. Its one of the worlds hotbeds for tough MF'ers - huge population and tough living.

alex wouldn't lay a glove on usyk and Dubois would comatose him in a single round

Even the fat Fury that struggled with Francis would have no such issues

He could maybe beat Aj or wilder lol

So the Fat Fury that struggle with Francis would beat Pereira but not AJ that actually murdered Francis?? How do that make sense?

Well, I doubt Poatan would have much luck with AJ, Wilder or anyone in the Top 10.
