He just made 1.5 million plus another 1.5 for winning against Lindland in BoDog. UFC had to beat that.

Speaking of that fight, I think Lindland probably beats Fedor if the match is in a cage or Fedor does not illegally grab the ropes when Lindland goes for the takedown. Fedor was already bloody and Lindland's a world class wrestler.

Yes without those ropes Fedor cleary is out of his element and would be submitted if not GNP'd by lindlund, his wresting is world class.:verysad

Have any of you actually seen the fight? Do you see how Fedor grabs the ropes and is able to land on top of Lindland because of it. It would have been a totally different story had Fedor not resorted to that illegal tactic. I'm sorry, I know that you guys think that Fedor is God, but he can lose too.

Fedor can lose - but not to Matt Lindland.
    That would be absurd.

Seriously, its gettin on my nerves that people speak before taking a good look at the replays... He grabbed ONCE, after that you could see his hand dangling and was just RESTING on top of the ropes. It also happens to be usually not intentional(the first time). After ref told him not to do that he was caunsious of it and didnt do it again.

Bull****, dude. The ref told Fedor to "let go of the ropes" no less than eight, count 'em, eight times. And if you can't see Fedor grabbing the ropes at the critical point of the takedown, thus causing a reversal, you are either blind or Fedor himself. Lindland was prepared to do Fedor in and he's not even a real heavyweight. Try watching the bout with a non-biased eye next time.

It is, but Fedor's been in with Coleman twice and Randleman and did well with them so I was suggesting he could handle Lindlund as well.
