Edwards is completely mediocre. Cerrone a few years ago destroys this guy.

Struggling with a shopworn Cerrone and potentially going the distance with him isn't really a great look for Edwards.

10-9 Edwards close. Could be all tied up going into the 5th though.

I have Edwards up 3-1 but the 4th was very tight. If Edwards coasts here he might not be a happy camper should it go to the cards.

10-9 Cerrone. 48-47 Edwards. 48-47 Cerrone wouldn't be ridiculous though..

All 3 judges have it 48-47 for Edwards.

Edwards is a clown. Gets smoked by the top guys. Called out Masvidal. Probably a mistake asking for that fight.

Highlight of the card by far was Yan passing his UFC debut by flying colors. Been following him since his ACB days and great times are head for him and the Bantamweight division.

Yan will be BW champ within the next 18-24 months, book it. He's seriously that good.

 Don't get to carried away there's a reason Yan was the biggest favourite of the night on a fairly average card.Ishihara has been horrible the last 2 years after seemingly getting caught up in his own hype after his early success against mediocre opposition when starting In UFC and it's been clear for a while his attentions seem to be elsewhere and I wouldn't pick Ishihara against some of the mediocre talent of ACB/FNG.

Obviously Yan won't be the last fighter to come from those orgs. to the UFC with my main reason for suggesting for not including some of those fights was that it may prevent some from joining because they only watch UFC and maybe the odd fight in 1 of the smaller orgs. usually fights with former UFC fighters.

It was just my opinion and not a criticism because as I've said on many occasions in both this and the Kirks boxing competition I think yourself and the others who run each comp. do a great job and it's appreciated.

It's not that he beat him... It's HOW he beat him, and Yan passes the eye test and has for a while. Yeah I'm expecting more talent from those places. Their fighters are developed really good from the ground up and it's really exploding over there. Yan could be something special though.....

Yeah it was impressive performance and I think maybe Joe Soto or Frankie Saenz would be good next possible opponent for him, looking at the UFC rankings there is at least couple he could beat right now imo
