Having a look thru the weak light-heavyweight rankings after tonites fights,it wouldn't surprise me to see Santos fighting for the title next or later in the year after another win if Jones doesn't get the Cormier fight. None of the options for Jones next outside of Cormier are that appealing,I think Blachowicz who with a win tonight would have been on a 5 fight streak was likely next in line,as the only other fighters with more then a 2 fight streak are 6th ranked Corey Anderson who has won 3 in row and the unbeaten Dominic Reyes who could be a future champ and needs a couple of fights before he will be ready
