UFC Fight Night: Rodríguez vs. Stephens Live thread.

I'm probably stating the obvious but somebody is getting knocked the **** out in that main event.
I enjoy watching both guys and slightly favour Yair but Stephens is a nasty little ****er who is capable of putting Yairs lights out

 

Big Dan is the worst ref slow he's way to slow,that fight should have been stopped when Craig kept punching other guy repeatedly in head when he wasn't even defending

 

Jeremy Stephens and other fighters like Cowboy Cerrones,Nate Diaz and the Jorge Masvidals etc of the world are just born for this **** and it's no surprise sometimes to the own detriment,that these guys almost never pull out of or turn down fights,unlike so many of the current diva fighters who struggle to get the amount of views they get.
Putting on the sort of fights the hard core fans want to keep watching even if they may be just below the very best so far in there careers.

 

Yeah pretty much the same here,the Grasso v Esparza fight was a tough pick but I went Grasso also, with the fight almost certainly going to a judges decision.

 

Here's to hoping Stephens gets taken out to pasture tonight.

 

Aldana way to good,outside her 1st UFC fight against leslie smith she has looked solid and been unlucky in losing couple close fights ,with her impressive striking she could be possible future title challenger if she keeps up the improvement.

 

I hope Grasso wins. She's at least attractive unlike most WMMA fighters.

 

Esparza is hideous.

 

That's 1 of Danas boys and he will be around for a while unless his chin starts to go.
I kind of thought he was done with before the Zabit fight and would be on his way out of the rankings by end of the year but Stephens did better then expected against a top5 guy i see contending for the title next year.

 

Yeah i agree i can't stand watching her and the other female fighters similar to her like Torres,i was bummed when she beat Rose for the title

 

Never liked Stephens and don't think he's a particularly a good fighter either. Just has extreme power. He looks hopeless if you have skill and decide not to trade with him.
