UFC Files Lawsuit against Randy Couture

Well, there no doubt in my mind Couture has no leg to stand on. UFC cuts those off prior to signing the contract. That's the main reason Fedor didn't sign as I understand.

W.e, we'll see what happens and hopefully Couture -Fedor will be made in 2008(rhymes.)

There's nothing clear cut about this 'case' at all - there are ways out of any contract in any context. If a case can be made that White/Zuffa have even acted 'unreasonably'- the contract can be worthless. Another point is the sum being spoken of (10, 000USD) - its really an insignificant amount and suggests to me Zuffas lawyers had told White to forget about it, but he insisted and forced them into it.

 

Everything about that post except the last sentance is very true, the last sentance is absolutely assinine.
