I totally agree, UFC have some SERIOUS competition.

Affliction have only had 2 shows and are already killing it, they have the money and now that they teaming with GBP it will be a huge boost.
Money means they could advertise and get more exposure.

This show was imo brilliantly presented (production), there wasnt any time wasting, they just got on with the fights, a couple of backstage interviews which is great. Affliction are only going to get better. the skys the limit.

Everyfight was exciting, all the match ups excepts the first one could have possibly been main events in the ufc.

And for some reason the action is far better in a ring, its much faster paced. i prefer the ring. even in pride, the action seemed much faster.

thats why i hope affliction take over, they pay more and your not likely to be tied to some contract.
    :thumbsup

As long as Golden Boy and Trump remain there benefactors expect fighters to start taking interest in Affliction. Hopefully they can start building there roster and turning over there shows faster than the current rate. There getting ALOT of cooperation which is great for the sport as a whole.

after that last event there will be more and more people getting involved and this is a good thing, the problem with the UFC is tunnel vision and trying to control every aspect of their fighters and media its stupid.

As much as I enjoyed the show, no, UFC don't have 'Serious' competition. Give it time though......

Hendo, Maia, Marquardt And Franklin would wreck Le. he's overhyped imo.

Sounds like your already counting on Silva,B.J. lesnar and all the good elite XC fighters to fight for them....I just hope you don't get your hopes up too high. They won't even put on a show unless Fedor is on it.

I'm sure how much longer Affliction will be around, after the Fedor-Barnett fight I'm not sure who else would be a big enough draw for them even to warrant puting on a show. I hate to shatter alot of your dreams but I don't Affliction is going anywhere, too bad I thought the show was very good .

Hes just playing low. As long as Fedor is in the card, dont mater who he fights. Liek I said, If they can get a couple of MW free agents from Elite xc, their MW division will look good

Dream has a lot of talented fighters. I hope more big names fighters comes to Dream organization. Most of the former ufc fighters are making dream their home and it's great. The way Dana White treats his ufc fighters, i wont be surprise if most of them leave and join DREAM.
