Nah it isn't. It's a niche product. Didn't know about it's popularity in Brazil and Japan, seems plausible though. It may be bigger in the US, but you are talking 1mill buys in the US, give it an additional million for Brazil and Japan, just for the hell of it.

An audience of 3 million people doesn't get you out of your niche market, ****ing AA has more viewers for each of his fights in Germany.. Golovkins last fight was broadcasted in 100+ countries.

UFC is nowhere near boxing popularity wise on a global stage. You can see this in audiences, paydays for the fighters and public coverage.

Brazil, Canada, Japan, and "many other countries" don't make up most of the world.

Give us proof that MMA and UFC is more popular than boxing worldwide.

It's funny, before they said that boxing is dying because they can't even make Floyd-Pac and now that it's made it's still gonna die :patsch

    lol.. so narrow minded

In the UK MMA is barely covered at all, check tabs on BBC or Skysports and try and find it. Germany, Russia, all Eastern European countries all follow boxing and not MMA.

Yes, because Canada = The Whole World.

Tell us what superstars MMA has, other than Jones.

The highest PPV in UFC history was Lesnar-Mir, at 1,600,000. The highest PPV in boxing history, Mayweather-Canelo, was 2.2 million.

    Megastar lol

That's like saying Martin Murray is a boxing megastar

Ken Florian is a retired fighter, now does commentary. He was a good fighter, just a shade below the very best in his division

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Pacquiao frequently go on Kimmel before his fights

Furthermore, I'm confident that boxing has more global interest than MMA

MMA was definitely bigger than boxing in the US but I've always felt it was a fad and its popularity seems to be fading fast even in the US.
