    Anyone listen to the ESPN Podcast for MMA. I only started and this is the 1st time Gareth A **** flap was on he is clueless hard to believe this guy manages to stumble on to the actually MMA Live

    I never minded him on the show to be honest think this is just too long for him to not come across as a bit of a goat. Add to that he doesn't have someone to bounce off of as the other guy sounds like someone who is watching MMA just so he doesn't look a twat.

    His breakdown of Rampage vs Bones has left me thinking if I watched the same fight.
