    Take note, Paul Daley – perhaps all is not lost.

    While UFC president Dana White in May said that Daley would never again fight for the UFC, the fiery UFC boss has changed his mind before. November's UFC 123 event features the return of judoka Karo Parisyan, who was also told he'd never have another opportunity to fight in the octagon.

    With that in mind, in our latest MMAjunkie.com/"Inside MMA" weekly poll we asked our readers to tell us, "Are you surprised the UFC re-signed Karo Parisyan?"

    The results were revealed on Friday's new edition of HDNet's "Inside MMA," and the majority of respondents said they weren't shocked to see "The Heat" back in the UFC cage. In fact, just 34 percent of voters said they were surprised, while an overwhelming 66 percent said they expected to see Parisyan back in the octagon at some point.

    White, of course, had said Parisyan would not be welcome back to the UFC after a last-minute withdrawal from this past November's UFC 106 event – the latest in a long line of controversies and setbacks involving the Armenian welterweight.

    Top agent Malki Kawa, who was a guest alongside Parisyan on Friday's edition of "Inside MMA," was among those who wasn't shocked that the fighter was welcomed back to the world's biggest mixed martial arts promotion.

    "I think that everyone in life deserves their moment to explain their thing, and if it's something that's reasonable, then why not give them a second chance?" Kawa said. "I think Dana has shown that throughout his career, that he gives second chances."

    Karo had an addiction borne out of pyschological problems.

    Daley cheap shotted a guy after a fight because is one dimensional and got tooled because of it.

    Glad to see Karo back and hope he's happy.

    Im pretty certain Dana didnt care about that when he said Karo would never fight for the UFC again after pulling out.

    Erm Karo pulled out of 106 citing anxiety issues which he has a legitimate complaint for. Dana's response was that he wouldnt allow him to fight for the UFC again. This is common knowledge. Dont believe? Google it.

    I'm glad to see Karo back, hopefully he can show us what he is capable of, and represent no gee judo.

    I know that, I'm saying Dana changed his mind because Karo has a legit reason; Daley was just a ****.

    I think it's a good thing that Dana was willing to re sign Karo, even if it meant going back on his word, which was just typical Dana.

    I think we both agree it's a good thing, you just see it as weakness or not being a man of his word apparently; I see it as being well reasoned after being not so well reasoned.

    So it would be better to not let him in? Sticking to a bad decision is not integrity, it is stubbornness.

    if Paul Daley wins a few fights in strikeforce he will be back, he had such a high profile exit that Dana knows it will be huge if he returns,
    there will be no way Dana could resist it

    I'm surprised Dana is bringing Karo back without his having fought anywhere else to show he can actually complete a training camp and make it into the ring on fight night. I think Karo's psyche is shot to hell. He's too seasoned a fighter to be dealing with anxiety at this stage of his career.

    He isn't dealing with normal pre fight jitters type anxiety, he is dealing with a psychological disorder, it has nothing to do with how seasoned of a fighter he is.

    Yeah, Karo has a somewhat unique problem. I'm not sold he's over it, he still had issues when he last fought in Australia, where he was the main event but insisted on fighting first, or not fight at all to get the fight out of the way.. After being flown to Aus, and pulling that, I'm pretty sure he's still dealing with it.
