Didn't Forrest vs Bonner win Best Fight (#1)? That is such bull**** right there and such a contradiction to what the UFC paints the "sport" as. Yeah it was exciting, but there was very little skill involved in it. It was fan friendly, but not a good representation of the art and science of MMA. Seriously, who can get hit 200 times in the face by a fighter wearing MMA gloves who is really throwing real, technical and crisp punches??? They were all (well mostly) sloppy arm punches. We saw what happened to Forrest when somebody hit with punches in the face who knows how to punch correctly.
Well, it didn't get the spot for any of that... it got it because the UFC was deep in the weeds financially at that point and it happened at the same time that things started to turn around.
i liked the idea of the show, but most of the fight on there didnt deserve to be on there.....every liddell, anderson silva fight was on there i mean come on they had great fight but to have everyone of there one sided fights in the top 10 come on
