UFC striking + EA MMA grappling=perfect MMA game :deal

The grappling in ufc is way too spammy. Ill have to hit you guys up for some fights later this weekend. Playing it with k1 or thai rules are more fun I've found.

 

I was actually rated #1 for quite awhile on EA mma (Orson 86) I loved that ****ing game. UFC undisputed 3 was pretty bad IMO

 

You can do that ??

 

It's more of a mutual agreement to just do K1 rules (I think)

 

Yeah me and my buddies do it a lot...it's a lot less aggravating and more relaxed than frantically spinning the stick I wish they had something like that added in the game though.

 

Ahhh...I knew I couldn't miss such an epic mode...

They should do a MT game...

 

Really? I love the TSC of EA mma...I cant stand buttons. I feel like it's mortal kombat

 

I like both but ea mma wasn't completely ironed out IMO and in pure standup you could get overwhelmed by spamming more it seemed.

 

You think Spamming was easier with the TSC as opposed to just pressing button hooks the whole time? You can't be serious.

 

I really like the new submission system in this game, mainly because I have actually managed to sub someone in my 1st 5 fights as opposed to about a year plus of trying on the old game

 

I had the same problem with the old game

 

It was a pain in the ass, you had to rock the guy when you threw him on the ground, or switch your sub when the guy is gassed

 

It seemed easy to spam body shots as I remember

 

Well I'm guessing as EA are making UFC games now they will be an evolution of the MMA game. Might get the EA grappling with the undisputed stand up after all!
