Masvidal would have caused much more problem for Woodley than Maia did. Masvidal has top level stand up and if the fight were to hit the ground he is very slick on the mat. Not saying he would have beaten Woodley but he would make for an interesting opponent. He may have made Woodley fight/work at a higher pace and we all know Woodley's cardio is not great.

Really weird statement you've made there. Please expand... how has nate had a better career than nick? Yea he beat mcgregor and took over $1mil in a fight but other than money i dont see any reason to suggest Nate has had a better career than Nick

Nate has some very good wins in Conor, Cerrone, Michael Johnson, Jim Miller, Gray Maynard.

Nick Good wins are Gomi and Penn both lightweights. Penn was imo fairly washed up and still outboxed Nick in rd 1 before he gassed badly as usual.

Both Nick and Nate have lost many times easily to elite guys. They are the same in this regard. They both fight exactly the same. They are a mirror image of each other.

They both have some good wins in their career but Nate has more of them.

    Do you disagree ?

Personally I have always been a fan of both and enjoy their style of fighting BUT their whining/complaining, stating how they never lose (even when they are completely outclassed) and immature/juvenile personas are really starting to make me dislike them.

I agree this fight was taylor made for Woodley to beat Maia if he keeps the fighting standing and the fight went even better then I expected for him because I thought Maia would be able to get him to the ground couple times but he failed all 24 times he tried. I still favour Maia to beat anybody who isn't able to beat him up standing or neutralize him like Woodley was able to. Masvidal is a machine who has been a unlucky when fighting top opposition with his last 4 losses in the UFC have been by split decision, including to Maia who I was hoping he would beat as I new he would pose far more threats to Woodley

A lot of people discredit sum of Nicks wins but he easily beat the best available outside the UFC while he was away including the Paul Daley win who was worldwide ranked top 10 and would have been in UFC if not for the Kosheck incident.Since coming back look at who he has fought he beat BJ,controversial loss Condit for interim title, then he lost title fight to GSP and moved up to middle NC Silva becoming only person to fight both Silva and GSP. Nate may end up having a better career eventually if Nick doesn't come back and he keeps beating top fighters

Nick nearly beat a roided Anderson Silva. Hes beaten Frank Shamrock absolute legend, KJ Noons, Gomi (NC coz of the dumb rule about him testing positive for weed), and cyborg by submission aswell! These wins imo outweigh all Nates. Nate beat Conor, thats his best win - but he is basically a weight class above Conor.

Also Nick outclasses Nate when they train, Nate even admits that himself

Nick NEARLY beat Anderson ? He lost every round and did absolutely nothing in that fight. Anderson was garbage also.

Nick outclasses Nate when they train ? Well he should he is a welter, Nate is a lightweight.

Are you seriously hyping up Nicks wins over lightweight KJ Noons, Cyborg Santos and old washed up retiring Frank Shamrock ?

Next you will be saying his win over Scott Smith was quality.

Maia had an awfully takedown strategy imo.

When the first 7 were squashed in the first minute he should have gone for the clinch.

Actually Nate has said his cut to lightweight has always been hard, hes a more natural welter just like Nicks a more natural Middle now hes older. Nicks boxing has always been better than Nate's. Nate has a good chin, thats his best attribute.

Uhhhh no... He lost almost every round to an old Silva who was coming back from a near career ending injury.. KJ Noons is a blown up LW(he also has a win of Nick) Gomi is also a tiny LW and still gave Nick all he could handle(definitely a better fighter than Nick just too small) Cyborg was a blast to watch but not much more than a gatekeeper in strikeforce.

Nate... Has wins of multiple guys who went on to challenge or win titles, top contenders etc. and in relevant divisions too. Nick's a weight bully as his best wins are smaller Lightweights his wins at Welterweight and Middleweight are far from great - Daley probably being his best, and maybe an old blown up Penn who had no business competing there anymore.

Ridiculous how much people have overrated the Diaz brothers past and present. The fanbase is almost as delusional as the brothers themselves. Nate at least has carved out a respectable career in recent years, but for a while he was massively overrated as well...

Nick doesn't seem that interested in fighting anymore.

He just demands big fights.... I guarantee if they offered him Woodley he'd accept without a seconds of hesitation.. Talk up a big game only to lose 50-45. Nick for the better half of his career has pretty much been a con artist.

According to White they've offered him big money fights but he hasn't accepted. Selling wolf tickets is just a necessary evil of the sport, every fighter does it to a certain extent to get butts in seats. Diaz was a warrior who always tried to force an exciting high pace and is the furthest thing from a con artist.

Maybe in the first half of his career. Last 5-6 years he's been a con man. Showing up to big fights only to plod forward aimlessly and then cry afterwards that his opponent didn't fight his fight and that he got robbed. I take anything bald bozo says with a grain of salt, pretty sure Nick has shouted from the sidelines a couple of times for a big fight over the last 2 years. But I could be wrong.
