UFCFightPass: Callum Walsh vs. Przemysław Runowski & Ali Bagodinoviç Akhmedov vs. Pierre Dibombe RBR

The underdog Pole is fairly quick and not unskilled, but he doesn't have the pop to get the Irish southpaw's respect and - considering he was down thrice against Josh Kelly - he isn't lasting another nine rounds absorbing the kind of shots that have been uncorked already.

 

Walsh already finding a home for the left hand a few times in the opening minute of the second...going to really lay it down soon, you can feel... AND HE DOES, past a lazy overhand right from Runowski ducking inside! Runowski's legs completely liquefied; he can't get up.

KO2!!

 

Commentators complaining they got showered by beer from the celebratory fans - one says he almost got knocked out cold by a stray can.

 

This kid Walsh might just be the best boxing Callum coming out of the British isles. I think he has more p4p potential than do/did either Englishman (namely Scouse light heavyweight Smith and Lincolnshire cruiser Johnson - both Beterbiev victims).

 

What is with the Cannon lurking at the outer edges of relevance and then every couple of years notching a decent upset victory?
