He's won British, commonwealth, European and two world titles. Beaten Julio Ceja and Kameda twice who were both unbeaten and amongst the best in the division. So wouldn't really say he's being overrated.
McDonnell should be IBF, WBO and WBA champ at this very minute. I don't think he's been overrated neither. Genuine, well proven world class
It is very hard to do it in order but in my opinion it is something like this, 1) Brook 2) Selby 3) Quigg 4) McDonnell 5) Khan 6) Frampton 7) DeGale 8) C Smith 9) Joshua 10) Campbell (8,9,10 nothing between them). Warrington, Murray very unlucky not to be included.
Steady on - Ceja? Kameda? These guys dont compare with Frampton (or even Quiggs) cv at all. Jamie is very good at what he does, but his repetoire of boxing skills are a lot more limited than Quigg, and most certainly than Frampton. I accept that if you cant cope with what he does he WILL beat you, cos he is super fit and wont fade in the later rounds etc but lets not get carried away.
