anyone else watching this? looks like a very professional show so far hopefully some decent boxing. reckon it will be interestng being all military lads
im pretty impressed with the first bout , might just be me but they seem to fight more professional-esque maybe its the military side of it
thats not what i meant but i may have been jumping the gun anyways, i meant they seem to fight with a slightly more pro style rather than amateur. Just wonder how they are coached , taught and normally compete?
they normally have inter service tournaments mate, quite a few of them will have boxed before joining the services. yeah mate, its normally a part of basic training.
oh right :good i've always wondered why the military doesn't have more amateurs at the top level eg at the worlds
yeh i would imagine they develop quite a different style too normaly amateurs being so insular and inter- division competition based intereting stuff. the last american and this one now seem to have a far more professional style to me
Not really part of basic training, Im talking from experience. Theres milling in p company but thats about it! Its up to the individual soldier if he/she wants to box.
