jaro is a late bloomer, but there is nothing special about him...he is a boring fighter who lacks heart and power..sosa was just foolish in the jaro fight...

btw, jaro is a stablemate of bernabe concepcion...the two are best buddies

This will be Viloria's last fight as a contender. He'll go down as a gatekeeper after Solis finishes him.

Solis is too good of a well rounded fighter. He properly adjusts when needs be, like in the Donaire fight he was getting outbrawled in the early rounds, adjusted to just boxing from the outside and cruised to a decision from there.

Viloria is a good technical boxer that can find defensive holes from anyone in the division but hes TOO defensive and it causes him to be very tentative leaving him to be easily outworked.

This could be an intereting chess match, if Solis lets it instead of working from the inside.

Viloria by KO in 3 but it's more of a prayer than prediction. Viloria is usually competitive or even dominating in early rounds but as the fight progresses he tends to become tentative or punch shy for lack of stamina. Hope by some miracle, he could muster enough strength, stamina and will to win against this so-called Pinoy executioner.

I remember a world ranked boxer during the late 70's who was also called hawaiian punch. I can't recall his name but I think the guy was half Pinoy. He fought and lost to the Arguello but was competitive and even KD'd the great champion in early round.

Ben Villaflor? He was a KO artist back in the early 70's.

Andy Ganigan, I think he's the one that fought Arguello.

I think the "Hawaiian Punch" guy youre thinking of is Jesus Salud. I think he has Filipino roots also.
