Decent titleholder/contender who can look very good against certain opponents

WAY too flawed in so many areas, he'll never reach elite, and is always a threat to lose to a big underdog due to his huge flaws

Hes a fighter that can beat the elites on a good day and loose tune ups on a bad day

He has way too many flaws to ever be elite.

Floored on so many occasions, sometimes by non punchers, seems to have a very low ring IQ. Blames everybody but himself for his defeats, trainers, men in hats.

Knocked out by Prescott, beaten by Peterson and knocked out by Garcia.

He is very quick and that's about it, take away his speed and he is nothing overly special, amateur style punches, not a big puncher and has questionable punch resistance.

Avoided or has been guided around any powerful fighters since Garcia and has been protected for 3 years and counting.

That remains to be seen. I'd bet serious money on Mayweather outboxing him.

If this fight goes 12 rounds.. It's 50/50 both fighters very hard to outpoint..

It took a home town ref too take 2 points and PEDS to beat Khan on SD..

    He's terrible.

All those guys listed in the OP....how many were top 5 in their divisions when Khan beat them?

Khan has a long and storied history of always being on the verge of stepping up.

He has some talent but lack of ring intelligence and chin will always hold him back.

Prescott KO'd Khan because Khan is chinny and has defensive flaws a mile long, not because he landed a "lucky punch".

Khan was stunned by a friggin jab in the first few seconds.

Amir Khan is one of the greatest of all times. The fastest hands I've ever seen.

Plus he is also the man who has Floyd mayweather running scared.

Even with a 10-2 record against former or current champs?

I honestly thought Khan was going to be superstar at 140 but he does some stupid stuff in the ring like turtling up and getting hit, pushing, tapping his chin when he gets whacked, brawling instead of boxing etc. Allowing fights that he should win go away. Hes a guy with some serious pros but also some serious cons.

Also i think he wasted years of his career trying to chase the Mayweather fight. Ducking and cherry picking fights. I think he could of made a big impact in the WW division if he had not always been chasing Mayweather

If your style matches his he will look brilliant, on the other hand if not he will look average, meaning he doesnt have good ring IQ to adapt during the fight...
