    Following the quality thread started last night.... I suggested to Mandanda we look at the wreckers - those that made a living out of ruining careers.....

    He agreed it was a good idea.... so post your top wreckers :yep

    Hopkins: Trinidad, Echols, Joe Lipsey (was undefeated at the time but never fought again after Hopkins if I remember right) Tarver, possibly Pavlik

    Trinidad: Reid, Vargas, possibly Mayorga (certainly weakened his chin which was probably his main asset)

    I named Felix Trinidad and Bernard Hopkins as two examples.

    Trinidad battered Vargas and Mayorga..... whilst nearly every Hopkins opponent in the past few years hasn't been the same since. He accounted for Trinidad in spectacular fashion and IMO Pavlik won't be the same again.

    Lewis shredded Golota and Grant.... who in truth wasn't all that good anyway, but still.....

    Cotto looked like he was going to be similar around the time of the Judah fight.

    Hagler, Hearns and Duran were all notable wreckers.

    Please nobody say Tarver.

    He calls himself the legend killer, but only has a drained Roy Jones on his record and was handled by Hopkins. I'm sick of that magicless Tarver, hope he retires, The only thing that Tarver has left is that hot Kerry Washington look-alike for a wife! And with one more loss even she will be running for the hills with half his **** by way of the Big "D" lol. Call it a day Antonio and get into promoting as he's a damn good marketer and pr man -- but leave the slick fighting to the real men.

    :huh Bika is in his best form right now and Manfredo is doing well at the level he is at. Calzaghe certainly didn't destroy them :yep

    No he didn't. He adapted midway through the Kessler fight to take the win. He did not destroy Kessler.

    Lacy was wank.

    Kessler hasn't looked the same since, although he wasn't 'destroyed' - certainly affected him though.

    Yeah, its great to say Lacy is 'wank' in hindsight, but he wasn't considered that at the time and was generally regarded as a 'destroyer', so I think it fits the criteria of 'unbeaten beasts'.
