In the initial stage of the fight negotiation it looks like the fight will get made alot faster and easier than people anticipated knowing the perosonality involved. All of a sudden it burst.

Lets just hope this fight will still be made.

In asking for the test I think PBF was trying to get into Pac's head a bit to get the ball rolling, equivalent to a fighter throwing out a feeler jab to measure up an opponent in the early rounds. I can see why some see this as disrespect towards Pac but the reaction of his team turned what should have been a jab you shake off into a punch that leaves your legs buckled.

It's not so much the fact he's refused this style of testing thats made the situation look suspicious to me, it's more the contrasting statements by Arum & Roach as well as the back tracking on a condition they were previously fine with.

I hope this fight gets made because this whole saga has added extra incentive for both fighters if being the undisputed P4P champ wasn't enough.

If the fight ever does get made, this will definitely crush all PPV records.

I haven't seen anyone on Pacquiao's side object to random testing. It's just that testing potentially the day before the fight, comes hand in hand with random testing, as stated by the USADA. I don't believe the random testing is an issue, just the days before the fight.

To me, thats not a big deal. I think it's absurd to assume Pacquiao could do anything in the gap between the last blood test and the day after the fight. Mayweather should try and negotiate for this and that is perfectly acceptable and this exemption can be.

I said it won't be long before Cotto, Hatton and DLH start talking. Now Cotto is talking, which isn't like Cotto. I thought Hatton would have been the first to open his mouth.

Thumbs up to all parties for getting this "story" to be THE story on ESPN and other networks. Thumbs sideways/down at a 45 degree angle to all parties because this is a touchy subject that could backfire on the promoters, and boxing in general.

This is a stupid post. Mayweather was already signed to fight Marquez before the Pac-Hatton bout had even occured.
