He dont give a Fuc* about legacy this dude just loves to scrap.

 

The last stupid fights he had (besides Enzo) were in 2012. Nothing wrong with fighting such low level guys. At least hes not getting fed to upcoming prospects.

As long as he doesnt get hurt, let him fight.

 

I saw Iron Mike's comeback spar session on you tube - make it happen.

 

Trying to regain the most precious title of his career.

 

Roy is saying that this will be his last fight.

 

To my understanding, this is going to be he last fight in Pensacola.

At this point there is no point in arguing or feeling sad for him. Its his life and his choice. He obviously still enjoys fighting, i cant imagine that its about the money if you consider that his fights aren't even on TV.
Only people i feel bad for are his wife and his sons, they're the ones who will have to deal with it if/when something bad happens to him and he gets seriously hurt. And there is only so many times that you can roll the dice.


Weird how even though he has declined to the point where he hasnt really been roy jones in the ring for almost 10 years, he still has decent power and faster hands than the average CW contender

Pretty sure he never said that. Dan Rafael incorrectly reported that it was Jones' retirement fight because he very unprofessionally misread a headline blurb from a presser where Roy said it was going to be his last fight in Pensacola.

 

Is Roy skint ??????????? I mean wtf is going on. He may love fighting (don't they all) but come on. I get the impression its the limelight attention not the finances side of it...He loves giving his opinion, I also like listening to him. Tell you what though, theres not a hint of punch drunk with him, sharp af !
