It would be a terrific fight although I see Conn outboxing Saad for the most part. Conn would make it exciting by trading punches with Saad Muhammad at times and we would see some great exchanges between the two. Ultimately Saad just lacks the required skill to truly get to Conn or outpoint him.

Exactly. Saad isn't going to be able to get any extensive trading going. Conn will outfox him, simple as.

Shame, I love Saad. There aren't too many fighters I'd favour in a shootout with him.

So was Saad Teeto. I don't think there's a massive disparity in levels here to be honest. Saad was a terrific fighter and a terrific puncher, and one of the toughest fighters ever around this weight. Although you already know all that, just giving you a refresher ;-)

yeah it's all good, no offense taken or anything. I reckon Conn was better myself. Saad was a fine fighter, it's great watching him unleash his skills. Conn is on that next level for me, he's a good shout for the best that did it at the weight in h2h terms for me. No disrespect to Saad, Conn is that guy for me though.

Interesting, I obviously rate Conn amongst the best Light Heavys of all time. I also rate Saad at either 10 or just outside, and he's in with a chance in most fights IMO.

But as I said in my first post, a horrible matchup for Saad. On paper (or should that be on film?) it's Conns to lose.
