Buster Douglas first that comes to mind.

What are the biggest upsets and some of the cooler lesser known ones ?

It gets quite underrated as an upset, but I think Junior Jones stretching an unbeaten Barrera was pretty shocking. Bojado getting beat by a journeyman was pretty big. And although in hindsight it shouldn't be considered such a big upset, Starling beating Mark Breland was a surprise at the time i've heard.

I'm trying to think of some lesser known examples.

Honeyghan beating Curry is perhaps the best example in British boxing history of the underdog beating the favourite. Curry was something like P4P number 2 going into that fight and Honeyghan was an afterthought, yet Honeyghan beat him.

Greatest achievement in British boxing history since Turpin beat Robinson I guess. I know it hasn't been surpassed since.

Kirkland getting his China chin cracked by a nobody wasnt the most shocking but it was the most recent.

    Hasim Rahman vs Lennox Lewis
    Vince Phillips vs Kostyu Tsyzu
Antinio tarver vs Roy Jones Jr

If Shane can pull off the upset over Pacman, this would be up there as well.

If Pac comes in as slow and overconfident as Margarito the night of the fight, sure Mosely will beat him. But would he? I know he's walking around with that rediculous ****** Beiber 'do these days, but he's hardly turned into a premadonna.

A nobody that is world ranked13 by the sanctioning bodies i'll give you an example of how well ranked this "nobody is" julio cesar chavez jr is ranked 11.

I wonder had kirkland not been american would he have been marketed as a "somebody"
Ishida hasnt really fought any real noteworthy opponents in terms of western opposition but he has fought some very good asian fighters this is why world titles have the word "world" included in it because believe it or not there are world class fighters from all over.

ALTHOUGH I MUST CONCEDE THAT THE RANKINGS HAVE PETER MANFREDO JR AT NO 10 LOL WTF!!!
