Sure it does. Hofer vs 2 midgets fighting in a back alley in Thailand.

Wilfred Benitez being the youngest at age 17 to win a world title beating Antonio Cervantes.

John Ruiz being a two-time HW champion (albeit due to "illegal tactics" and "faking low blows" or so I'm told) and beating the non-whale version of Kirk Johnson.

Ossie Ocasio upsetting Jimmy Young twice, when George Foreman and Ron Lyle got outboxed by him previously, and gave "The Greatest" and Ken Norton all they could handle.

Roberto Duran defeating former WW champ Carlos Palomino with ease on the undercard of Larry Holmes-Mike Weaver (which leads to the next underrated accomplishment)

Larry Holmes TKO'ing Mike Weaver. Weaver was considered an afterthought for Holmes as he had his sights on a $2.5 million payday in an Earnie Shavers re-match. As it turns out, Weaver, who started out with a mediocre pro record of 5-5, gave a much, much better fight then expected until getting TKO'ed in the 12th round. Holmes was criticized for this performance due to the fighter of Weaver's caliber; but nine months later, Weaver ends up winning the WBA HW title in a dramatic come from behind 15th round KO of John Tate and followed it up by going into apartheid South Africa to TKO future WBA HW champion Gerrie Coetzee in the 13th round.

SPinks win over Holmes is often overlooked, Holmes was on the decline but still a great heavyweight. Spinks won in very impressive and convincing fashion. This had not been done in almost 90years and even when Fitz did win the heavy title it was against a fighter who was barely above the LH limit. Spinks beat the linear and unbeaten true HW champion.

Arturo Gatti was an HBO headliner 20 times. I'm not sure if that's the most (I'd be surprised if it isn't) but that is very impressive.

Genaro Hernandez is very likely to get into the hall of fame. One of the greatest superfeatherweights ever, beat 6 champions ect.

Again how does that compare to Pacquiao winning a fight behind a 7/11 in thailand? Of course I would want to witness the spectacle. Be like watching 2 toddlers go at it.

Hernandez has been retired for over 10 years man he is not getting into the HoF and stupid logic about the location of a fight determines significance.

    but good job though

didnt think you would attempt to own urself a 3rd time let alone to actually do it.

Hernandez will eventually get in. If he doesnt he's on that level of fighter.

Comparing it to a bunch of midget journeymen scraping over trinkets in funky gyms and back alleys is not the same.

Pacquiao is lucky, if he had to go through the US amatuer circuit he might not never have picked up gloves again.

    what was floyd fighting for?

and calling Sasakul a journeymen when Pac fought him shows your lack of knowledge and low appreciation for the sport

atleast pac was fighting not only for a belt but the lineal title and won as a teenager. Why did floyd win as a 19 year old?
