I realize everyone probably knows Holmes-Weaver I was a good fight, but I’m not sure everyone appreciates just HOW good it was.

To me, it’s one of the four or five best heavyweight title fights ever.

 

Monte Barrett vs Owen Beck is another underrated HW fight that was competitive and exciting.

Gonna get some stick but I'll say Povetkin-Huck.

 

The Brewster - Meehan fight was even closer. For a while, Brewster just languished on the ropes while Meehan teed off. Somehow Lamon got the nod. Not in my book.

 

It was a bad decision IMO aswell.

Brewster seemed a bit wary of Meehan apparently they'd sparred before and Brewster had commented about his power.

This was my scorecard below and yes Meehan definitely had a 10-8 round without the knockdown it's one if the most one sided rounds you will ever see without a knockdown occurring.
