Khan is a terrible stylistic match up for Kotelnik as well.

    Khurtsidze.

People tend to not take him seriously because he's a midget but he's quality. He gave N'Jikam all he could handle. His toughest fight by a mile.

Erdei is a good shout. Excellent boxer who wasted his career easily beating subpar opposition. Khurtsidze deserves his mention too.
Zbik and Sartison just aren't much good. If Chavez jr. needed a generous decision against Zbik, it's not because Zbik is world class, it's because Chavez jr is genuinely terrible.

Campillo is another one who seem to have been completely forgotten about. He was brought in as an easy opponent for Murat to defend the EBU title against in '08 and lost a controversial decision. He then beat Lolenga Mock in Denmark, was sent to Argentina to be an easy first defence of the WBA title for Garay and unexpectedly won. Campillo lost his title in January of last year in a ROTY (robbery of the year) contender and hasn't been heard of since.
According to boxrec, he's fought 2 meaningless eight rounders back in Spain since then and is now supposed to be fighting Karo Murat for a minor title in Germany.

The Kotelnik situation highlights how important it is that a fight is properly scored. Disgraceful how he has been frozen out after beating up Alexander.

Kotelnik is good and, along with Matthysse, has been robbed of some big pay days due to hometown decisons against bigger names.

How did you score that one Mand? I had Spada 2 up in it, I genuinely think if Zbik didn't possess such a strong chin, he could have been taken out. Spada looked very tidy in there, I was surprised at his poor performance vs Braker tbh

I also gave Heiland a draw vs Zbik IIRC. Either way that was very close too.

I had Spada just edging as well. I felt he was slightly better on the night and should of got the nod. Zbik's the sorta fighter that makes you think 'i could do well at boxing if he's world class'. I think what made his display worse was the way Rob went on about him. If he did fight Martinez it would of been embarrassing.

Your right about Spada against Barker i dunno what happened there. Suppose Barker was good but at times in mid to late round Spada never forced the issue enough with Barker clearly tiring after a long absence.
