Bare with me here. Audley Harrison.

People think he sucks, but he actually has the raw potential to compete against any HW, when he shows his A Game. A- Force is like this sort of great amateur that just had trouble to adapt to the pro game but has a lot of talent.

    Good Call.

Why do you say he's a sore loser?

Shumenov is a guy that most people neglect to mention when talking about how the LHW division is going to shape up. He'll definitely be a player.

Uzelkov may also perhaps be a real threat. He's 22-0 and holds a 6rd KO victory over current WBA LHW Champ Campillo.

After he lost, he accused Campillo of steroid use because they unawaringly went to their dressing room after the fight for a few seconds without taking a drug test.

So Campilo was supposed to take a drug test and avoided doing so?

If at the time it seemed to Shumenov like Campillo was purposfully avoiding it then thats not unreasonable to say something about it.

Chris John. I see no reason why he wouldn't be on Ring's p4p top ten. Certainly above Williams, no offense to Williams intended. John is in double digit defense territory now and Gamboa is a more talked about WBA "champion"..."regular" champion...it's ridiculous.

Dawson used to be underrated. Now he's becoming a bit more of a hype.

He knocked out Gennady Martirosyan, who basically fit the profile of fringe contender. Compared to the credentials of half of Sturm's and Pavlik's title defenses he's done enough to warrant one, which likely says more about their defenses than anything else.

Still, I have no problem admitting there is a disconnect right now between N'jikam's resume and what I think his head to head ability is so I may have jumped the gun a touch with that comment- but it's nothing 1-2 good wins won't fix. :good

    Agreed.

He needs 1-2 more good wins before.nd those wins must be step ups themselves.
Maybe he an get Ishe Smith.

More important in my eyes is that Campillo fought on a Shumenov production, in Shumenov's home country, and he was able to win a razor thin decision, The scoring and refereeing seemed to be extremely fair. Despite it being a very close fight where it would've been very easy to get Beibut out of that match with the title, there was no hint of a robbery or screw job against Campillo.

To me, that speaks a great deal about Shumenov's integrity moreso than his post-fight reaction did. I wish I could say the same thing was guaranteed for any foreign fighter that traveled to fight here in the US.
