    As of late, David Tua & Tommy Morrison come to mind.

    Before 2002, as a welterweight or lighter, Mosely was awesome! I'd go so far as to say he was one of the all-time best ever at those weights. In his 20's (his prime imo) he was unbeatable. He'd have beaten Mayweather Jr and Pacquiao during those years imo. I got lots a' love for Sugar Shane, he was a GREAT fighter!

    I don't know about Tommy Morrison being underrated. He got plenty of hype back around 1990, when the fifth installment of the Rocky franchise came out. There were many who thought he was a potential world champion. Once he lost to Mercer, and again to Bentt, he was recognized as little more than a high end club fighter, which is about right.

    "he would avoid his jab with the bobbing and weaving..." worked well against foreman...

    Ahumada...should have been crowned lightheavy champ after 15 with Foster...and if Shields only had a punch...if he only had a little pop in his fists...he would have whipped Cuevas.
    Haley was a fun guy to watch...i enjoyed him outhustling Manby twice...

    if he couldnt bob and weave his way out of giant looping shots, how would he bob and weave from concentrated accurate shots? i dont htink larry was much weaker than george, he just boxed more refined.

    so its decided holmes wins by ko in the 8th

    Considering how Kingpetch and 'Too Sharp' Johnson are such popular mainstream choices (both ranked in Boxing Monthlys '6 greatest flys of the last 60 years' for instance) for 'greatest flyweights of all time' all of these guys are massively underrated;

    Hiroyuki Ebihara
    Venis Bus Station
    Shoji Oguma
    Santos Laciar

    Anyway, considering the love Barrera and Morales get Rafael Herrera and Chucho Castillo should feel mugged off/be spinning in their grave.

    I'm sure they've been mentioned but....

    Emile Pladner
    Wesley Ramey
    Jose Medel
